Manufacturer Warranties
Milgard® — Lifetime Warranty
Milgard® backs their windows with a Full Lifetime Warranty for the original purchaser. Coverage includes the frame, sash, glass seal, hardware, and screen. If any covered component fails under normal use, Milgard® will repair or replace it at no charge for as long as you own the home. As a Certified Milgard® Dealer, we install to manufacturer standards – which is a condition for the warranty to remain valid.
Marvin – Signature Service Warranty
Marvin’s Signature Service Warranty covers their windows and doors for 10 years on glass and 20 years on wood components against manufacturing defects. The warranty is transferable once to a subsequent owner, which adds value if you sell the home. Coverage terms vary by product line – we’ll go over the specifics for your chosen product during the estimate.
